Conor O'Neills Traditional Irish Pub
Ripoff, violation of the Americans With Disabilities act and abused & mistreated me afterwards

On January 11th of this year an altercation took place at the pub and was asked not to return for two months back to the pub. The altercation took place because an employee yelled and screamed at me. I have Attention Deficit Disorder which is protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act and one of the things that my disability can cause is anger.

I yelled back and that is why I was asked to leave for the two months. On my return after four months away a manager of the pub came up to me and asked me again to leave and not come back for another month.
I again left for two months and again was asked to leave. I have notified the owner of the pub of my disability and my intentions to return to the pub. I have gotten no response.

I told him that I would be filing a complaint with the federal government that he is in violation of my civil rights and he continues to ignore my letter to him. At the time of the incident I was told that my banishment from the pub would be for two months which is how he said he would punish everyone. I consider what he is doing to be descrimination because I have been treated worse then someone who has caused much worse problems then myself.

It has been eight months and I doubt that I will be allowed back in. What troubles me the most is that when I complained to the owner of the pub about other abuse that I taken from the employee instead of firing the employee I was kicked out of the pub. I want people to know that they Conor O'Neills pub is owned by and employs people who are lie and abuse their customers and violate their customers civil rights.
