Employee Bullying And Abuse

Disclaimer: This review is only posted, because the standard systems of escalation have not lead to a sufficient resolution, so this review is posted in hopes someone will support the cause for justice and take the necessary steps to bring these cases to justice an allow people to earn and sufficient honest living. Fry's has employed an ill mannered evil lowlife named Kamal
who violates corporate policy by bullying and abusing employees
to the point they cannot
work there. Fry's also has a pathetic hiring team, (including a bald headed
nazi character that has bothered me immensely over the years),
with the slowest hiring and interview process because they
let other people cut in line. After waiting patiently to be hired,
their animal Kamal proceeded with the bullying and abuse which injured
me emotionally and financially due to the fact that I had to leave my
income potential
due to the abuse. (It is a hypothesis that one reason why Kamal may
be doing this is to keep new girls out and away from her little work
boyfriends, however she has no right to violate my fair civil rights to
"life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, " by increasing my income,
for her own insecurities
and mental and behavioral illnesses.) Fry's should have fired Kamal
immediately and hired me as a regular salaried employee, however
they only took the report and never got back to me about employment.
It was as childish and unfair as stupid junior high gang terrorism
and an insult to this day and age of civil liberties and civil rights.
I should have her arrested for the abuse and committed to behavioral
correction. And to return her disgusting gestures, Kamal is overweight, ugly,
and mentally ill, and she will never be able to keep any attractive man to take care of her, like those she chases around the sales floor like a teenager with no knowledge of
professional code of conduct or the consequences of jeopardizing one's career and sources of income to meet the basic responsibilities in life. Shame on Kamal and the company that condones and does not correct such behaviors. Shame on those that do not meet the needs of those sincerely trying to make an honest living.
