Harassment, discrimination, violation of rights

I was an empoyee at the foxyy lady for 1year 5 months. My job title was a massage girl. I gave customers upper body massages (back & neck) for the price of $10.00. During the first year there, there were many events that occured that violated my rights. One example is during febuary of 2009 i told my manager john that i was not feeling good and needed to leave. He asked me how many massages i had done? I then told him 7 because thats how many i had done and he told me i had to have 25 before i could leave because the owner frank would be mad. So i went back to work and tryed to do more massages but was to sick so went back to the manager john and told him i was to sick to do anymore and he told me that i could leave if i paid for 25 massages being so sick i did. That is clearly a violation of my rights. I had to pay money out of my pocket to be able to go home sick.

Throuhout my employment i was harassed by both the owner frank and manager john. One example because there are so many to write is: i walked into the owners office to get my lotion for massages out of my locker and told to stay by the owner frank and manager john because they had a complaint about me from a customer. I was told that the customer said " i did not seem like myself lately" frank and john said they both agreed with the complaint and began to ask me personal questions about my life. I asked the owner who the custom that complained was many times and he refused to tell me. He did tell me that the customer had a "boner" and " had a thing for me" i felt very uncomfortable by those words. One the owner and manager realized i was not going to answer questions about my personal life the owner frank got mad and told me to go to work. This happend around january. The very next night i went into work and the manager john walked up to me and said " do you know who complained?" and i replyed "no" and he smiled and said "frank" who is the owner. I feel that by saying the customer has a boner for me and liked me is sexual harassment it made me even more uncomfortable finding out it was a story the owner frank had made up. My right were violated by the badgering questions about my personsal life and the fact that i could not leave the office until they were done asking questions about my personal life. Another insident of harassment involving the manager is because my last name is "Perkins" john the manager referred to me as "percocet" i ask him many times not to call me that and it never ended he continued to call me that throughout my whole employement. He would reffer to me as "percocet" infront of other employees and customers which was very embarassing to me.

I was terminated march for smoking in a champainge room, which is a private room inside the club dancers and massage girls can go with a paying customer. The manager john has known that dancers and even waitresses smoke in them. He fired me for it when a dancer in the next room was also smoking. I asked hi, m why i am being fired for it when he allowes others to do it and john told me because i am a massage girl and not a dancer. That is a clear case of discrimination being fired for something john allows dancers to do but fires me for doing it because i am not a dancer.

There are many more indidents of sexual harrasment, general harrassment, violations of my rights, and discrimination. I am currently looking for the right lawyer to handle my case. I just wanted to share some of many incidents. Thank you!
