Poor sevice, Food thrown from drive up window into my ca

Today my pregnant girlfriend and I went to KfC to try the new sampler bucket. I saw the picture of the bucket of chicken that appered full, But I didnt read the fine print. We pulled too the window and I handed the gentlemen a 20 and he gave me 2 dollars and change.

He then handed us our food there was no bucket but these small boxes of food i told him that I was not satisfied with this and I wanted my money back and I would just go somewhere else to eat. He told me to nback up and look at the sign and read it I backed up and read and looked at the picture there was a lot of food in the picture alot less in the sack he handed me. I pulled back up and handed him the sack back and told him I still want my money back he took the sack and began getting angry with me and saying I couldnt read.

I told him i felt like it was false advertisement and it was (b*&*&) to pay 17 dollars for the amount of food they handed me. He got even mader and threw the sack of dinner out of Kfc drive Thru window into my car window strikeing my girlfriend and I. I put my car in park right there in the drive thru got out and walked inside The manager started yelling at me as soon as I came thru the door Saying I was stupid and that she wouldnt give my money back and that she wouldnt disipline her employee.

Then her employee got in my face again and said that if I didnt take my *&*& and leave he was going too call the police. I called their corporate # and talked to a man that told me to go back and try to get a refund if they didnt issue me a refund he would advise corporate to do so. When I went back I told her what the man on the phone told me and she say's I dont care what that idiot says all that will happen is they will send me a letter too send you your money and I will deny it You will get nothing Then again they told me to leave or they would call the police! Got Chicken! Chicken free for ME!
