Incorrect food, bad management

Our buddy and that I visited ihop on houston texas, situated @ vegetables street and road 45. We experienced the toughest support from bad servers, we'd to hold back for the meals over 30 units so when we got our foods, the foodstuff was incorrect, we reported towards the "supervisor" a manager called larry, he didn't apologize for your trouble, and sometimes even provide a discount (which wasn't needed from us) but atleast something similar to' im sorry for your inconvenience or simply something similar to that.

It's unfortunate this large organization has folks operating there which have no idea on which visitor support is, he was rude and cynical, obviously, he doesn't possess a idea on which his "job" is, but we shall have to endure with this specific type of people, I simply don't believe I'll return to this cafe, while this individual is 'attempting to' handle, since he's unable to complete it, thanks.
