Horrible Service Possible Damage To Client's Health I ate a piece of broken plate that was embedded in the cake, swallowed a part of it, and showed the half remaining to the manager, he just brushed it of and said that it happens ripoff

I am 5 months pregnant and just swallowed a piece of broken plate in Osaka. Huge chunk of it (size of a front tooth) remained in my mouth and I showed it to the manager. He occused me of wanting free meal, gave me 10% discount, and then said "What do you want me to do? It happens! You want me to fire my kitchen boy? I can do it if you want, but I am not giving you your money!" The waitress was so ashamed she turned red. The piece of broken plate was in a cake I ate. I will never go back, and I am trying to find the owner, because it is not acceptable by anyone's standards!

I would like my money back and an apology!
