Sad Service

It was my 52 birthday we took our whole family and spent a lot. It took from the time we got there till the time we finally got to eat and left a total of 2hrs and 45 mins that was insane. They were told 4 times that it was my birthday and they did nothing at all. The 1st time we went, no one got their salads and at the end of the meal they finally ask all of us if we wanted it everyone just looked at each other and said no thanks. The people at the front dont seem to have a clue. If this bad service keeps up we will NOT be going back and that is sad 'cause the food is pretty good when you finally get to eat.
