Rude consistently in

I have ordered from Pizza Hut routinely in the past. Many times I reach someone on the call who seems very unhappy and I am sick of dealing with their rude behavior. For the first time, I decided to talk to a manager and asked to speak to someone. I was placed on hold and left there. After 15 minutes, I hung up and called back and got "ERIC" (a manager)... This is in S. Tampa on S. Dale Mabry. I tried to explain what I had dealt with and he just laughed. I went to the Pizza Hut websste and tried to explain my experience. The website is also difficult and I am not sure that they got my message or even care. I will never order from them again. I would appreciate your support.
