Bad Service, Treating People Rudely

I recieved a gift basket (made by Morton"s Steak House) from my company UTC Carrier, from a United Way campaige drawing.in the Basket was a gift certificate for dinner for 4 at Morton's Steak House good until May. I was trilled! I decided I wanted to send my 4 adult children there for Valentines day so I made the reservations when I called I explained me winning the basket and the woman I spoke with to set up the reservations for Feb 18th at 7:00pm.

My Son call to confirm the reservations and the person said there were no reservations made. So he (my son) again explained me winning the basket and they set up new reservations for Feb 18th at 6:00pm.

My children arrived at Morton's Steak House on that date and time scheduled and presented the letter and was treated like they were lying about the whole thing they were treated very badly by the matradee (Jeff Powell) He kept makeing snide remarks as passing the table to other employees, he had them sitted at the worse table they had, kept coming over to the table interrogating my children about where they got the letter and where I worked and what Company (Charritie) it was that I recieved the basket from. The Matradee was very rude to my Family this was suppose to be a very happy fun evening for my children and this guy made them miserable.
My son said the guy treated them like they didn't belong there he was treating them like trash. They were dress very well and are all very well mannered. There is no excuse for this guys behavior he should be fired, if this company don't want to stand by their donations they should not contribute. I have given to United way for 13 yrs and I am a single mom, I was not looking for a hand out this was a gift from a drawing for donating to United Way.

Please help me make consumers aware of How MORTON"S STEAK HOUSE IS TREATING people
