The Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission has carfully reviewed evidence presented alleging that Village Inn Restaurant discriminated in the sense that Village Inn refuse to hire me because I am African American. To make a long story short I would like to know if the case is worth seeking an attorney and if so I have contacted serveral attorneyes and no attorney in Nebraska wants to trial a Civil/Employment Discrimination case and I am not sure why. T

He Nebraska EEOC has informed me I have a two week grace period to make a decesion. I would like to speak to an attorney out of state so I may get a sense of what the case is worth or maybe your organization can direct me to the direction to seek the help I need ASAP.
