Matthew Mcbride, will not argue your crimminal case to win, lacks knowledge of State laws, district court rules, refuses to investigate your case, will not give you the legal professional help you would expect a lawyer to give you after retained.
He would rather make a living trying to sue people, business's, organizations, and he's not even good at that. If you hire him for a crimminal case or an appeal, he'll take your money and give you a worthless defense. He doesn't want to step on anyones toes, county attorneys, judges, attorney general and its deputies. He's to busy hoping that they give him a break when he sue's something or someone. Being charged with a crime, fighting your case, appealing wrongful orders, is a serious business. Could effect the rest of your life.
I made the mistake of hiring this attorney. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. He is worthless, I hope you don't make the same mistake. This is just one example on records of his imcompetence, in addition to my case.

Matthew Mcbride Youngs former attorney who withdrew from his case, billed Young 170.7 hours at 120.00 per hour - $20,484.00 after withdrawing. The Nebraska Court of appeals reduced Mcbrides fee to 5000.00. (Simply 170.7 hours reduced to 40 hours that it would of took a good attorney.)
