EEOC started my case in 2007 finally finished in July. I would get someone to call me only after I would submit to add something to my case, the last time I had them respond to me was after Pres. Obama called them to have them call me (yes, I wrote him a letter).
They investigated the wrong year on my overtime complaint, sent their final decision to the wrong address, even though I sent them my current addresses when they changed. Did not contact any of the names I gave them to verify how the work conditions were at my job. They told me at my Commission meeting, they did not have enough time to investigate all 'I thought 'was discrimination to me, such as cheating on my vacation and sick pay, or my supervisiors retaliating against me. The first five minutes or so, I listened as 3 of the Commisioners argued they did not want to have the meeting without an attorney present. After all this they still did not believe they should change their decision, so I sent a letter to the Wash, DC office to request a 'review'but
looks like that request was never received either. That's the report they sent me after they contacted me, when Pres, Obama told them to. I sent them all this, and to date, no more responses. Yes I would like an attorney to contact me, or I would like to go on TV, it's like I always say, 'If you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about or get mad about".
I have everything and many witnesses to testify for me.
