Rude, Impossible To Work With "Manager" - Amateur "Manager"

I went in to this place today 9-6-13 around 10 am, and ordered 2 combos. I was given and charged like $2.00 MORE for separate items instead. When I bought this to the worker who waited on me, Matthew's attention-He checked into it and told me that hot coffees were more, which is what I got, however, I never asked for hot or cold and was never asked. He bought it to the manager's attention (I believe her name is Jessica, although she refused to tell me her name. She said it shows right there what a combo is, however, it is in very small print, and-why should the price matter whether the coffee is hot or cold. Matthew agreed with me that he should have explained this to me, and the manager disagreed. What ever happened to "The customer is always right?" That manager is very rude, and very hard to work with. I told her I will not be back and I won't. I had no problems with Matthew and I can say that the restroom is always very clean-HOWEVER, That manager is certainly NOT QUALIFIED to be in her position, because she does not know what she is doing. That being said, this location is NOT recommended.
