Poor service

I went to the Mcdonalds on Tutt rd and powers rd and I came inside because the cars were all the way around the building and when I came in side there was no one behind the counter there was 6 people waiting to get food but 4 of them left they could not wait any longer I waited 25 min's to get my food I ask the girl behind the counter where is everyone she said there all on break even the manager this is not right when you got people waiting for service the manager should no better.
