Bad service, thug manage

Where do i begin. We had a big party with adults and kids, one waitress attending to us. We were there for about two hours because of how slow she was. No refills were given unless we tracked her down n asked, food was given at all different times, coulndt eat together at same time, orders missing, steak wasnt cooked way wanted, food cold, fries stale, it was just one thing after another, and waitress was never around to fix. Asked to adjust bill cuz of missing orders and bad service and she said she coulsnt and had to call a manager, why wasnt a manager working? After arguing for half hour she called a manager and told him we refused to pay, which was an outright lie. We paid, and without knowing we paid gratauty that she added in, no way am i going to pay for horrible service. Anyway, we walk out and a car rolls up and almost runs over our kids and i tell the thug that comes out of it a piece of my mind, winds up that this thug, dressed innappropriately and driving like a crazy person and yelling Nd cussing at me, is the damn manager of this ihop, who the waitress called in. Unbelieveable! Then the waitress runs out with an upaid bill yelling and accusing and getting us into an arguement with her and the thug representing ihop management, turns out the bill belonged to the party that was using rhe restroom before paying!!! What kind of business you running here, extremely unprofessional. Something needs to be done about this and my intentions are to make sure it does.
