Poor service and food

I visited IHOP #5514 on 4/18 at noon. Once my food was delivered, I never saw waitress again. I had to go find her to pay my bill. Eggs were way over-cooked, but since I never saw her, had no chance to complain and get another order. Very disappointing visit.
