Terrible Customer Service!

This past weekend I went to an Ihop in Houston, TX with a party of about 20. We had horrible customer service. We were sitting for about an hour before getting our food and at least 4 people didn't even recieve their order. Multiple people only got half of their order and some of the food that was actually brought out was undercooked and cold. Our waiter was EXTREMELY unreliable and rude. We did not recieve any refills for the full two hours that we were there and we only saw our waiter three times. Once to bring us drinks, once to take our orders, and once again near the end of hour two to bring us more wrong orders. This is the second time that this has happened at this Ihop. I came here once before with a large party and never recieved my order. NEVER going back here again.
