Scam: Visa Flagged scam

This woman named my area and informed my team that my credit and mastercard merchant accoutn was flagged... Therefore normally i named with problem to findout what had occur, which woman Paula Hudson stated she was from First Information Customer Support... Which we where flag... She gave me some referance number #59845632... It had been an overall total fraud she tryed finding my statments from me and saling there vendor solutions.
