After paying for a 2-year subscription, unlimited cloud storage plan on Jan 2, they have the nerve to send me an email on Sep 2 saying my computer was flagged as being used for business and that I should not reply as there was nothing I could do but to upgrade to a business plan. It was either that or I lose all my data. There is no way I can afford a business plan and I shouldn't have to. My computer was stolen and they said I could re-assign my license to a new computer. If this is what set the flag off, then this is unjustified and unfair. No one is replying to my emails and more importantly, no one is explaining how or why it was flagged. This is a scam if I ever saw one. Two years worth of subscription out the window. The actual service they provide is also misleading. I could not upload any files that were greater than 1GB. THe speed is so slow after 7 months, I still havent uploaded what I had to backup. Even more frustrating, the backup of my photos, which was the whole point of purchasing this service, did not occur. Is there any way I can get legal retribution??
