I'm being billed to get a membership that was promoted as having discount advantages through JC Penney. Not just am I not getting any discount, I actually donot observe that there's any support whatsoever for that costs I'm being billed regular on my charge card.in my opinion it's a fraud along with a method for the organization to maintain the borrowing limit large and also to obtain larger monthly rates.
