Our aged mom evidently requested a product from JC Penney's list by telephone. When I realize it, the telephone providers drive a membership to some JC Penney associated procedure "Savings Options". The way in which it had been pitched, all my mom recognized was that it had been free when actually there's a $9.95 monthly cost on her behalf charge card.
