Our charge card hasbeen cost $9.95 every month since January. The state is the fact that after I requested online from JC Penneys that I registered for this. Used to do not subscribe to this account! First, the state is the fact that I took benefit of a $10 discount that joined me into this - number, I settled top dollar, I will monitor my purchase about the JC Penney site. Used to do not get $10.00 off. Subsequently, I had been informed that I obtained a $10 discount discount within the email. No, used to do not. I also informed the person after I named that I don't accept these kind of applications, and usually state "no thanks". He explained he'd return my a few months of membership funds and stop my account. Nevertheless, before I hung-up the telephone, I noticed him mutter, "jackass". I doubt he'll be following-up on his offer. The next phase will need to be getting the charge card organization not spend this charge. Horrible business practices.
