The team who operates in Jc Penney look at you if you should be pressing or trying-on issues. They're really rude.
It has happend in my experience in FL, as well as in NYC. I suppose all JC penney stores are impolite & disrespectful, they ripp you down. Like in brochure they reduce the cost nevertheless when U move there with discount they possibly do not except it or they'll begin creating explanations and constantly their Cashiers contact the store-manager even when I'm requesting change or anything.
The organization ought to be shut or atleast be fined, simply because they have super bad customer support. They dont pay attention to U.
No surprise why they dont have any limbs outside U.S. Really Horrible shop I should state!
