Ripped me off! RUDE customer service lady! Ripoff

I discovered a 'holding' charge on my credit card for 79.95 while checking my bank statement. I found out it was this CIC Credit Report charge which i NEVER authorized! Went online and found this site so I called them up and got this rude lady who basically told me i was an idiot for not knowing about this annual charge that they've been giving to me since NOVEMBER!!!

After i yelled at her and said that i know about your company and i know how many people you scammed and i know there is a class action law suit so if you don't refund me my 79.95 i will raise hell.in a bitchy, raised voice she told me she has cancelled my account and will be refunding me my money within 7-10 days.

So rude!
