Ripoff unauthorized charges Califorina

While checking my credit card statement on 8 May I found a charge to "CIC credit monitoring service". I had not authorized this charge so I called the 800 number (800 220 2626) to find out what was going on. I spoke to someone calle Leana who claimed that I had been a member of their service since which is a lie, and that they could not refund the charge. I have not received any type of report and have not knowingly authorized any monthly service.

I may have browsed their site but I am not sure. This person Leana said that my account was cancelled. I am contacting my credit card company and I will cooperate with the class action lawsuit. I am a retired military veteran and a former police. These thieves need to be locked up for along time. So far my only charge has been $8.95. I will be alert for any more.
