My greendot card was stolen, almost 400.00 was charged to my card. I notified greendot immediatly, cancelled that card and got a new one. I also filed my dispute that day. Well a week later and 14 phone calls my dispute still wasnt filed. I have faxed the dispute form in at least 10 times and even mailed it once. I still keep getting the run around. What do i do. I live on a fixed income and this is hurting me.
