I have been trying to resolve a 4300.00 error, so far in 6 years I have been billed 10K in interest. My 20000.00 loan will be a 41000.00 loan, that is 50% in interest!!! I spent 2 hours on the telephone trying to get a plus and minus account for my account but she emailed me the basic web screen. I asked if she was in the U.S. She said no, I asked for a U.S. Office and there is none. The PA office is only a bill payment center!!! We need help!
