Warning!!! Do not purchase debt portfolios from Debt Sales of America, I was basically robbed by Antonio Finch or Michael Logan, the guys goes by 2 names. I recently purchased a debt portfolio from this company and was told it was 2008 Charge Off. Once I paid for the portfolio I did receive the portfolio by email. Then there was a major problems with the chain of title, it was not complete... This company was trying to hide something... I then called the Originator or Issuer of the portfolio and verified all the accounts were 2004 Charge Off and the 16 digit account numbers were altered. After I heard that I then realized Debt Sales of America basically robbed me because the portfolio is uncollectable and worthless. I asked for a refund or the correct file and basically went round and round, it's been a week with no resolutions. Lesson learned if it sounds to good to be true it's because it isn't...
