Harrassment of a debt that was paid already!

I have had a debt with the Bank of Boston since the early 1990s. The debt of about $250 was paid in 2001 and then again in 2004. Portfolio Recovery is contacting me in regards to this and demanding that I pay it in full. I already have, twice... I was screamed at by the associate that I talked to and then I asked to talk with the supervisor and again was screamed at. Not really sure that Bank Boston needs me to pay this again.
The supervisor then tried to tell me what the real meaning of harrassment was and at that point I ended the conversation. It has been three years since I lasted paid the debt and they are contacting me now. Not really sure if they are following the guidelines and not really sure what I shoudl do.
