Efusal to stop taking out monthly charge of 16.99

Just like in additional grievances I've observed on this website, marketed as getting out $1.00 one time charge, they've removed $16.99 for atleast the past four weeks. I can't afford this which last time I had been billed an overdraft charge of $36.00 by my lender when I didnt have profit there at that time! I'm simply mad as of this organization for tearing down a lot of people! Appears to be A LARGE SCAM! Anything needs to be achieved!!!
