Card ripoff continues to make unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account

I recieved a card in the mail from this company months ago that I did not order, and trashed it. They have been making withdrawals from my bank account every since.

I found their customer support e-mail after researching online and have e-mailed them for the past several months to stop taking money from my account and reimburse me for overdraft fees and the monthly charges, I have still not recieved a response from them.

This company should be kicked off the map for taking innocent hard working peoples money for services not authorized. I have had over drafts in my account for the last several months behind this company and just want it to stop because I really cannot afford this on a monthly basis.
