Ripoff dishonest, automatically charged my card w/o my permission! Then sent me something I didn't order!

I checked my card statement online and was surprised to see a $40.06 from www.medecinebeauty.com. So I went to check out the website, and found out that the entire website was in french.

First of all, I don't speak nor understand the language. Then today (06/24/'04) i received in the mail a slimming patch. I'm 5'3" and weigh 100lbs. The last thing I need is a slimming patch. Although, I still can't figure out how they got my name, address, and credit card info. How do you think this happened? BUNCHA CROOKS!!! IDENTITY THEFTS!!!
