I was tricked into accepting a monthly membership when I purchased shoes from Justfab.com back in October. I just realized they have been taking a monthly membership fee of $39.95 out of my bank account for four months and this month they caused an overdraft fee of $17.50 to be charged to my bank account. When I called the customer service telephone line and they stated they will credit $159.80 in 2 to 3 business days. I asked them to cancel my account at this same time and the Operator, named "Courtney", said she did. I still have not been reimbursed teh $17.50 for the overdraft fee and the interest on the amount they took for 4 months.
