Terrible service

I contacted amerifund in August to refinance a home, and purchase another in November. They mislead me through out the process both with closing costs which more than doubled and time frame needed to close. Their lack of timely follow through cost me the deal. 3 Weeks after paying for a non refindable appraisal, they finally got around to hiring their appraiser, who then hired yet another subcontractor. More than 6 weeks later neither Amerifund nor the appraiser could care less about me lossing the home even when I entreated them to expedite. As a result of their delays, the deal was lost. I gave them an opportunity to right this wrong, but they chose to stand by their smugness and not return calls. I I am committed to writting as many web reviews of their unprofessionalism as possible so that anyone who googles this company will be spared the heartache and expense they have caused me.
