Horrible customer service

Ecently I contacted victorias secret about a charge that was not right and i spoke to estel or estela from collections... She was horrible!!! She actually is the first representative to yell at me! She put me down by saying that it was not her problem that I did not understand what she was saying. I can go on and on about her rudeness... Since when can you yell at a client who has always paid your bill and calls to make a legitimate concern. Very rude. I am dissapointed that Victoria secret would allow such behaviour. Wow..
