Will not release funds

Bank of America has taken to the habit of withholding payroll checks (drawn by payroll companies mind you) and not releasing for two days stating that it is "policy". I've been with them 5 years and it never happened before.interestingly enough, it isn't happening to my white colleagues. Only my Hispanic or African American Colleagues. I will be leaving them with both personal accounts and both business accounts. I hope that my counterparts see this thievery for what it is and leave them as well.
