Us bank greedy visa card - Used F150 4 wheel drive truck

T an so mad at us Bank, i called yesterday to cancel My credit card with them, I will have to admitt i did over draw, but it was not intensional, I called the Bank when i found out what a MOTOR COMPANY DID, when i let them use my credit card for part of a purchase on a vehicle, Anyway they put on a couple of insurances on my card, that i did not know they were going too. So wow, i hit the ceiling, When i recieved my statement. I called us bank, And told them what happened. Now i find out, They did nothing to help me out of this Jam. I have been with us bank for quite a few yrs. And have never missed a payment and i have always paid more then the minimum payment. Anyway i asked them if they would raise my credit limit, or drop the over balance fee. The girl told me on the phone yes they would raise my Credit limit. Then a week later i recieved a letter from them stating Tha no they could not help me out. I called them yesterday about the letter. And they said i am sorry but we CAN'T HELP OUT ANYONE that draws over the limit. Now i am really Pissed with them. And the motor company and myself, for not watching what was going on at the dealership. I have a nephew who was once a vice president of one of the branches of us bank, And he quit them after quite a few yrs. He said he could not take anymore of the greedy company, and how bad they treat their customers. Amen
