Ripoff Company would not refund money after i was able to send back items

This company has kept me hanging for 4 months. Everytime i call them they say they are in the process of getting me my refund and i always have to call back becuase i never see it. So i called them today 10/12/04 and finally after like a week of calling the guy named Joe calls me back and says that he tried to call me.

Which he did not cause my Nextel would have at least caught the Voice mail he said he left. Anyways he said that the process would not be refunded because of the lengthy time it is taking. I said ok but that isnt my fault i did what you wanted me to do before the return policy was up i sent back my items and still dont get my refund. This is rediculious and he said that i should fax or write a letter to the board of directors.

So this is what im doing now and will continue to fax them until they get the message. I will also be getting ahold of the Better business bureau and my local ABC, and NBC affiliates IF my money issue is not resolved. There is no reason why i shouldnt get a refund as it was their fault not mine.

I did my part and they failed as a company to get ahold of me properly and refund me. I advise anyone who is thinking of going to this company not to. This is a fraudulant company who has quite frankly Stolen from me and ill bet a lot of other people as well.
