Just wanted you all to know I appreciate everything you have displayed on this web-site for I could have been one of you, in fact I was one of you with a different company by a different company! But I did get my money back. So I wanted to share with you all what you need to do.

Get ahold of the company & let them know their company was misrepresented & you were misinformed of the companies intentions & you would appreciate a refund. If they do not agree then you proceed to tell them that the Attorney General will be in touch with them in a matter of days! Sometimes the pure mention of it will scare them into giving your money back, but if it does'nt, then get ahold of you Attorney General right away let them know your situation.

After you call the A.G. Sit down and write a letter to the fraudulent company explaining what you were under the understanding you were receiving & what you actually got & that you want a refund. Make 2 copies of this letter, send one to the company, one to the A.G. & keep one in a safe place!

I'll bet you get a letter of appology & a refund, I did! It may take about a month but it's the legal way to get back at them! It helps to know your rights as a consumer so pass the word along & i hope you all get what you deserve! Good luck all!
