Ripoff insulting fraudulent threatening when confronted INTERNET

Below is a series of e-mails between me and "bad credit loan sources"

I have forwarded all of your e-mails including the last two threatening e-mails to the attorney generals office specifically the division that is in charge of investigating fraudulent internet company's and i will continue to forward the rest of your derogatory threatening e-mails to this division until 1) i either receive my money back 2) your company is banned from the internet or 3) you are banned from the internet. Needless to say the third option is the one i would most like to see happen.

You have filed a false complaint which is a FELONY in the state of NY.

We suggest you consult a lawyer to defend yourself against a forthcoming lawsuit. You waited SIX months to contact us which is supsicious at best

We have a copy of the email that was sent to -you - with your results on it.

Now you can try to explain how we have a copy of this email withYOUR email address on it to the judge, since you claim we never sent it. As soon as authorities see this email copy dating back three days after you applied, you will be in serious trouble for LYING.

You could have just asked us to resend the email. Your lack of basic intelligence shows why you are in financial trouble!

i applied for a loan through this internet site. Paid them a fee of $99 - i received an e-mail confirming my payment - i never received the "other" e-mail they supposedly sent to me with the site i needed to go to to "sign in". I first submitted an application on may 27th. Unfortunately i did not get a chance to follow up with them until last week - i sent them several e-mails which they responded to - the last one stating

"Go ahead and file a class action suit.
We sent you your results by email three days after you applied.
We have a time stamp showing this was completed.
We are not responsible for email problems on YOUR end.
Instead of making poor threats, you need take responsibility for your actions."

Please help me stop this unscrupulous internet site from stealing money from other unwary people who might come across their site and be filled with false hope and come away from this experience $99.00 poorer.

So what would you suggest? Do i proceed with inquiring as to what recourse i have as a consumer? Or do i skip all that and just go straight to a class action suit? About 2-3 days after you pay your search fee and fill out the application, you are EMAILED results and given access instructions! We never indicated there was a place for you to sign in on the website???

I find it extremely disgusting how you are allowed to take advantage of people that really need the kind of service you supposedly provide.

I would greatly appreciate either the name of the loan company that is going to provide me with a bad credit loan and what the terms of the loan will be or i would appreciate receiving a credit of $99 applied to my visa card (which account number you already have).

I find your disclosure in regards to refunds somewhat one sided. It clearly states that we, as consumers, do not have the right to a refund and should we go to our credit card company and cancel the charge we would be prosecuted for credit card fraud.

Where is the disclosure for a consumers rights should we not receive the service that was paid for? What is our recourse? If i do not have a response from your company within 48 hours i will be finding out exactly what recourse i have. Perhaps a class action suit for embezzlement?
