Ripoff on rebates

I ordered a premium 600wat power supply from them that was suppose to have a $30 dollar rebate.
Promotion UL-1039

Upon getting the Item, I printed out the rebate form, filled it out and proceeded to locate the UPC lable. Tigerdirect did not include a UPC lable in or on the product.

I attempted to deal with this via email * see below *
The last entry was it, I have been blocked by the mail servers from sending any emails to anyone there at the company and when I did call today, I was put on hold... And xfered to voice mail of the so called CSR Manager (after I was told I would be sent to him as soon as he got off the phone)

I called customer server back and told the rep that I wanted to be transfered to the customer service manager. This rep told me that he cant and would not transfer me. When I asked this rep for his name I was then placed on hold at 5:30pm.

At 5:40pm a Mr. Bartrum (sp) answered the phone and informed me that the rebate I was applying for did not require a upc label. I informed him that the paper copy of the rebate form called for it and he stated that I did not. I will be calling onrebate.com to confirm this is the case. I also asked the CSR Manager to send me an email from him stateing that this rebate did not require a upc lable as well.

There was NO upc code in the box, on the box, on the package.

If your not going to satisfy my request for a upc so I can obtain the rebate, please state this clearly and now so that I can make purchases with other companies that will satisfy my needs.

Every box in our warehouse has a UPC code, if for nothing more than warehouse usage. This item has the required info on the outside of the box. You might want to look under the UPS label, as it may be covering it, but it is there.

I have been unable to find a upc/barcode on my product to send in for my rebate. Your customer non service told me that I had to send the product back to get a upc/barcode. This will make me miss the deadline for the rebate. I want my $30 rebate so will someone obtain a upc/barcode and overnight it to me or tigerdirect can cut me a check for the amount of the rebate if it is not done.
