Offered me a loan within 48 hours for $99.00 and never came through. Ripoff Internet

I located this so called loan agent on the internet, offering me a loan within 48 hours. I never heard back from them after giving them my credit card #. I was billed on my credit crad for the charge of $99.00. I called Capital One and was told that the company was Harvest Moon. I called Harvest Moon they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they were one of many companies that got referrals from the Loanagentbiz@yahoo.com.

I emailed the Loanagentbiz@yahoo.com and was told that the information was sent to me and I explained I had not received any offer for a loan. Siad it was not their fault that the information was sent and if I did not receive it was not their fault.

I told this place I was going to call Capital One and rispute these charges because I never received what was promised or as it was described. I was told that if I did this they would get me for credit card fraud.

I contacted Capital One the charges were removed and then this company supposed to show proof they sent me info and the charges were then added back to my credit card. I then contacted Capital One by letter to request a phone# & or name but have yet to receive either. I still was charged the $99.00 and I received nothing for this money.
