I received suite from Midland Funding LLC stay I owe Chase $3,789.52 they pretend collect from me or I was going to court for this debt...
They treat me with this letter and when I call them they really unprofessional people and rise their voices against me and force me to pay MORE what I can pay. I don't have a Job, and still force me to pay monthly amount and I couldn't continue because I can't pay that amount.in fact that is not the amount I owe because they bought this debt from Chase for about $700.00 dollars and now force me to pay them the $3.789.5 with interest. Need help to stop this people continue doing this and treat me with court and other legal activities.
