Lawsuit Summons Over Old Card Debt, Payment Offer Refused

I received a summon in which I call Pressler & Pressler to let them know that I did not receive any information for this company that they are representing; so to avoid court; I suggest that I paid monthly payment, the paralegal told me that she can not accept my offer and that I need to pay a large amount in which right now I can afford. I am a single mother with a one income household at this time. I send what I could in which I know that they are not going to accept it. I going to keep my copy and if they take me to court and going to see if I can afford a lawyer and show the judge that I try to paid. But as I did research I found out a lot of things about this firm, so now I want them to proof to me that this debt is valid and still with in the SOL.

So if anyone is going to do class action suit I am in; I not going to let these people scare me into paid so old debt they that probably do not have to right too, and if they win against me I will appeal and appeal until it is done right.
