Litton Loan Serviceing ripoff loses Insurance checks, delays sending them to you so they can draw all the interest they can on your money. I could go on and on but they're simply crooks

Held my Insurance check when my house burned. Claimed they couldn't send it until my payment was current when it was. Then when the company that sold them my loan sent them a read out showing them they had confirmation that they had received it.

They told me they had thirty days to process and apply it since it was a wire transfer to be applyed to a new account. Then when I asked them if I sent a check directly to them for my next months payment how long it would take them to apply it if I sent it overnight mail they said they would apply it right away. After I sent the 27,000 dollar insurance check to the wrong address to delay it a little longer.By that time I had already spent 30,000 dollars of my own money rebuilding my house and was due another check. I feel sorry for anyone who gets their mortgage sold to these crooks.
