Litton litton loan co. Stinks! Holding onto my home repair money

This is a small bit of the story, our home flooded due to pipe burst on 8/11 after waiting on the Insurance check for 3 weeks, we finally got it and forwarded it to Litton Loan, endorsed, with all the documents they required. I sent it certified showing signed for on 9/8/09. Check cashed and cleared according to the ins.Co. On 9/12 I have a copy! Here it is 9/23 and still no money from Litton. They assured me a 72 hour process time!

I have made at least 20 phone calls, and talked to at least 50 people and still get "It is being processed" I have names and times, and I am fed up! Litton stinks, their "Mission Statement" is crap! I guarantee you my check is drawing interest for Litton at this moment. I'm talking a signification amount.

What can I do? I hate Litton, they are rude and stupid! No one knows anything at that company. I talked to one person who actually called me back like he said he would, but had no answers! Nice guy, enjoyed hearing his voice! NOT!"Checks in the mail!" Yea right!
