RipOff Scaming Homeowners By Fraudulent Loans & Lock-In's

Home Finance Of America said they would give me a loan. They asked me all the qualifying/disqualifying questions. They then took $300.00 as a "Lock-in" payment. Then a couple weeks later they said they couldn't give me the loan becuase it was a mobile. They Breached their end of the contract, then they only refunded me 75% of my money.

If they could not/would not lend to mobile home owners, then they should have ensured that I fully qualified before taking my money. Even worse, this SCAM Business didn't have the ethics to return my money completely.
