A lady that worked at a realstate got me into this mess, the loan was told to me that the rate that was finance was 6.5%, when we started having problems the lady told us on the phone that United has nothing to do with it, the mobile home and land that she was 100% she would get finance for us was mortage to another company. We had a choice pay off cause banks did not finance or loan money against single mobile home, when I started calling Ameriquest would tell me to call the main office which is in Ca. And ask to speak to so and so, then I was told that noone worked there by that name, was told to pay a their lawyer fee, payment then it would be ok, had to pay their lawyer they hired knew nothing of it, still was lied and got beat out of the home. Everyone that has put a complaint on this ripoff, it is true. Realstate and people are in this to help each other. Please help the poor people from these companies. Thanks
