Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing, will not call you back, you don't get what you pay fo

Contacted Home America to manage a house that we owned and wanted to rent out. After we paid them the fees which included making copys of keys. We found out from our neighbor that people were trying to look at the house but there was no key in the lock box.

We called and had to leave a message and waited 2-3 days for a call back. Then we made a copy of our key and put it in the lock box.

Then finaly got a renter which turned out their credit is horrable and approx 6 people were living in the house. (Home America should not have approved them in the first place) they paid the rent for two months then stopped paying and trashed the house. Home America then charged use for all the late fees for our renter, used all the money in our reserve account of $1,000 and now sent us a bill for $255.00. For changing the lock on the house that I didn't athorise. There are also alot of other fraudulant charges. To this day Home America wont return my calls.

Home America has cost me more time and money than the bad renter that we had. I would advise not to use them. Do some homework and manage the house your self.
