Contract dispute

Our agreement stops on July 30 with t mobile on 4 outlines I'd with them. After I modify to diffirent organization they explained my agreement was untill 2013. That is a new comer to me. I understand I changed my strategy no body has told me that's likely to alter my agreement and that I didn't signal any document regarding this agreement and today they questioned me to pay for $800.00 for early disconnection charge. This isn't cost and that I need this to fixed ASAP. Thanks
